Family Sunday - Every 5th Sunday |
|
At TCC, one of our values is the Home. We want to be a community that builds healthy homes. Part of our efforts to do this includes devoting every 5th Sunday of a month as Family Sunday! This simply means that all children are encouraged to attend the morning corporate worship service with their parents. Bedbabies and toddlers will have regularly scheduled care in the same rooms. We hope that this gives children opportunities throughout the year to learn what we do in corporate worship.
The first Family Sunday of 2010 is this Sunday, 1/31!

Community Group Celebration Sunday |
|
This Sunday morning, we will be hosting a Community Group Celebration in the foyer before our 10:30 a.m. service. There will be breakfast goodies, pictures of current Community Groups, and plenty of opportunities to talk to those people involved in the different groups. During the service, you will hear testimonies and have a chance to sign up for a Community Group at TCC! Don't miss your opportunity to get connected to a Community Group!

Haiti Relief Collection |
|
This Sunday morning, we will have an opportunity for any who desire to give to the Haiti Relief Fund. All monies collected will be sent to the Georgia Baptist Convention and their efforts to minister to the need in Haiti.

Youth Ministry Future |
|
As many of you have heard, JC Groves has resigned as the Youth Minister at TCC! We wish the Groves family the best! Many have also asked about our plans to continue our ministry to students. This Sunday, Youth will meet for worship, Bible study, FUSE Groups and games at 6:00 p.m. in the theater!

Youth Super Bowl Bash |
|
We are quickly developing our plans for the Youth Super Bowl Bash on Sunday, February 7. We are planning for games, chili, nachos, and a lot of fun! We plan to begin at 4:00 p.m., and we will notify you as soon as we have a location secured. Begin inviting your friends!

Welcome New TCC Deacons |
|
TCC welcomes Eric LeVan and Kevin Godfrey to the TCC Deacon body. Eric is taking over the Event Team ministry (responsible for big, church-wide events). Kevin Godfrey is assuming the responsibilities of offering collection. Kevin is also developing a NEW Deacon ministry at TCC: Counselling! Kevin will begin in February to recruit, equip, and train volunteers to be available for counselling situations at TCC! Pray for and support the TCC Deacon ministries!

TCC 101 - the Membership Class |
We are offering two avenues for those interested in joining TCC! 1. TCC 101 on Sunday mornings - the 8-weeks of classes are offered in the Large Banquet Hall on a rotating cycle. This Sunday (1/31), we will be covering Session #2! Join us! 2. TCC 101 Workshop - last Saturday, we cancelled TCC 101 WS due to the stomach bug in the Hughes household. This Saturday at 9:00 a.m., we will offer the first four sessions at the church office. The workshop will conclude by 12:00 noon. Next Saturday, 2/6, we will offer the last four sessions at the church office from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.
We currently have 4 adults enrolled in TCC 101 Sundays, 8 adults enrolled in the TCC 101 Workshop, and 4 adults who are scheduling a membership interview!

Youth Parent Meeting |
|
Youth Parents are invited to meet with Casey on Sunday, February 28 at 7:00 p.m. in the Large Conference room to discuss the upcoming events related to Youth Ministry!
