GOD IS DOING A NEW THING
"God is doing a new thing" That's how Thad Smith, founding and senior pastor of The Church at Catoosa started a message when he announced that God was indeed calling both he and The Church at Catoosa, to a new thing.

A NEW THING
Over the past seven years The Church at Catoosa has grown from a small core group of less than twenty, meeting in a farmhouse, to a congregation approaching 500 in Sunday worship at The Catoosa County Colonnade. Presently the church is working towards starting construction of a building on 18 acres purchased in 2005 at Battlefield Parkway and Pine Grove Road.

A GOD THING
"what HE opens no man can shut, and what HE shuts no one can open" (Rev. 3:7)  For the past few weeks and months, God has demonstrated through the opening and closing of doors that he continues to renew and provide for His Church.

THE OPEN DOOR
A new thing, a God thing. God is unfolding his plan for The Church at Catoosa. It is an exciting time in the life of the church. The staff and Elders continue doing the work God called them to and with joy watching the ministries grow. The building Committee continues to manage the land, and the building design process towards construction. The children's and students' ministries continue to generate excitement about God in young minds. Small Groups called C-Links continue to meet all around the north west Georgia area on a weekly basis. Praise and Worship continues to be a fresh, enlightning, and uplifting experience every Sunday. The pastoral search process is underway. GOD IS OPENING DOORS THAT NO MAN CAN SHUT!
